The devotees are reassured in these pastimes that in answering the call of Krishna, offering oneself — atma-nivedanam — trying to offer oneself in service to Krishna, that whatever tendencies we have from the past, whatever current of the world or the powers of the world that may come to dissuade us — if we remain faithful then Krishna will give us shelter.
