Q: Can you, please, explain the role of śikṣā-guru (especially in the physical absence of one’s diksa-guru) in Śrī Chaitanya Saraswat Math? Sometimes it seems that the śikṣā-guru can be more prominent than the diksa-guru. How can the disciple view his relationship in consideration of both gurus?

Krishna’s will to reveal Himself. – Proper entering to the spiritual literature requires the acceptance of plurality of Gurus. – “Sri Guru and His Grace.” – Krishna deals with you through the Vaishnava. -  Gadadhar Pandit and Srinivas Acharya: Bhagavatam shlokas washed away by the tears. – Jiva Goswami instructs the Bhagavatam to Srinivas Acharya in Vrindavan. – From Srila Swami Prabhupada to Srila Sridhar Maharaj. – Bilvamangal Thakur’s gurus: a mayavadi and a prostitute – focus on the revelation, not on exterior of the agents. – Ignore objective in the favor of subjective. – The inspired side of the Vaishnava is the guru. – The personality and the substance that comes through it. – A temporary position of a way-shower guru. – Reliable representatives of our guru. – There should be necessity for Krishna to reveal Himself. – Our concern is to be sincere in our approach. – Raghunath Das Goswami’s prayers to Srimati Radharani. – Our fortune: we are given service that’s possible for us to do. – Without Sri Guru, what was inspiring – becomes antagonistic.
